Call for Abstracts

Present your work at the 18th APCSS Annual Meeting!

The Meeting organizers are pleased to invite you to submit an abstract by Sep. 30th, 2025 for consideration for the 18th APCSS Annual Meeting. Abstracts must be submitted online. Abstract topics are related to Cervical Spine.

Submitted abstracts can be considered for oral presentations – as talks of 10–15 mins integrated into the Scientific Sessions – and for poster presentations. Posters will be organized by topic, and opportunities for presenters to discuss their work with interested participants will be provided by designated poster sessions in the meeting schedule.

Accepted abstracts will be displayed on the Meeting website and e-posters onsite.

Assessment and screening

Abstracts will be assessed by the Scientific Committee.

· All abstracts submitted to the Meeting will be screened for relevance to the Meeting’ scientific content, and for presentation. Abstracts not meeting the quality standards will not be accepted.

· Abstracts submitted for consideration for oral presentation will be assessed for scientific quality, novelty and the fit with the Meeting subtopics.

Notification of outcomes of assessment for oral presentation and confirmation of acceptance of abstracts to the Meeting are expected to be available in mid July 2025.

• Abstract Submission deadline: October 15, 2025

• Abstract: 250 words

• Include: Introduction/Rational, Methods, Results and Conclusion
